Meet our new Catering Director! Red Cork Bistro & Catering welcomes Becky Larsen, as their new Catering Director and assistant to Executive Chef and Owner Adrian Ramirez. Becky’s background in the restaurant industry started at 15 years old. She has spent the last 14 years planning and managing events in Seattle and comes to us with a lot of creativity, organization and a passion for event planning, design & execution. We are excited to have her as part of the team.
- Event Design: We now offer Event design services for our catering clients If you are Looking for help with that big event your planning or need some inspiration for your party, Give us a call and we will set up a consultation with our Event Design specialist. We’d love to hear more about your perfect party vision and help you execute it!
- In-House Catering: Have your next event at the The Red Cork Bistro and Catering. We handle all the details and food for up to 45 people. Rental of the bistro includes tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, linens and staffing ($1,500-$3,500 Food and Beverage Minimum).
- Outside Catering: Accommodate groups of 5-400 guests | We love to cook on site whenever possible | We offer bar options with licensed bartender | Service staff | set-up / breakdown of venue | party platter pick-up | delivery | buffet drop off and pick up | plated dinners | buffet dinners.
