I love the intimate local vibe here at #REDCorkBistro. The food was excellent. Richard really enjoyed his steak (actually was a Fillet mignon) which was perfectly served with grill marks on each l/r side, top, bottom and yet was a fabulous medium rare inside. Accompanied by grilled asparagus and excellent mashed potatoes. I had the Beef Stroganoff which was a double Yummy goodness. With perfectly tender skirt steak pieces in a an extraordinary cream sauce with at three different mushrooms to be overly good richness served covered a pene pasta. Pasta held up considering the thick rich sauce. We each had a glass of pinot nois from Oregon which was lighter than expected. Wine needed more breathing.
Update: still great! And the still have boar on the menu this time in ravioli form. Another great wine recommendation and there is plenty of parking.
Original review: We had the old fashioned cocktails, blackened shrimp and grits, boar fettuccine and the Darby red wine. Everything was spot on, the staff was friendly and mostly informed which was nice since their wine menu was 90% new to me. They have a tent with tables (COVID), we highly recommend reservations. The had little heaters for your legs and they were just enough to keep you warm till the food came, which warmed up your belly. We will definitely be back, especially since they seasonally rotate their menu.

I dont usually rant or rave about restaurants but the stroganoff, clams, and cheesy bread is possibly the best meal ive eaten in over a decade, seriously, like jesus christ. Eat here. Its worth every penny, hell they mightve undercharged 😩

Traffic has been insane recently, so I was glad discovering this gem of a restaurant close to our home for Valentine’s dinner. I put in my reservation 10 days ahead, and was fortunate enough to secure a spot.
The shop is located in the Harbour Pointe shopping center, so there's plenty of parking available.
The restaurant has a nice intimate atmosphere, perfect for romantic date dinners. For the occasion they offered a 3 course menu, with 3 options each for appetizer and main course, which included a vegetarian option.
We went with the meat and surf and turf options and those were very tasty, we especially liked the Lamb lollipops. The portions were generous.
Our impression was that the owner is very passionate about this restaurant, the food and the satisfaction of the guests and the staff is great, too.
We definitely want to come back on one of their regular days.

Small town restaurant with energetic, uptown vibe and personalized, down-home hospitality. This isn’t just food….it’s cuisine. The menu is exceptionally creative, with every dish specifically curated to reveal the most subtle nuance of each ingredient. I’ve been here 4 times in the past 6 months and their menu has had simple, intentional adjustments each time that elevate the dining experience just that much more. Such a focus on quality, all around— service, cuisine, atmosphere, and attentiveness.

Fun bistro with nice variety of food, cocktails, wines, and relaxed atmosphere. The bartender/waiter was super friendly and quick to take our order and get drinks. The drinks were great balance of flavor and strength and the food was tasty. The mushroom soup was delicious, and the seasonal drinks featured a lot of grapefruit juice which happens to be my favorite. Glad we stopped by here, will be back for sure. They have some outdoor seating but we ate inside. We came for lunch on a weekday and easily got a table. Lots of parking and easy to get to.
Well, we found another 10/10. Red Cork is the perfect little hole in the wall that reminds me of some of my favorite places our family went when I was growing up. The staff and the owner Adrian greeted us with such warmth and took very good care of us. They also made some amazing recommendations on apps, entrees, wine & dessert. The Caesar salad is one of the richest and best around. The wild boar fettuccine Bolognese was divine. The chicken parmesan is exactly what you are looking for if it's one of your favorites (we got it with the accompanying pasta in a gorgonzola sauce). Their wine pairing suggestion was spot on and the delicious dessert (a decadent pumpkin spice cream cheese roll with cinnamon ginger ice cream) was just made fresh by their in-house pastry chef. This place definitely deserves your attention and we will definitely be coming here on the regular.
